YEEEAH! PKK emission test passed with flying colors!

It only took 4 tries and a shit load of hours wrenching to pass the emission test. CO was way off.
It was most likely the CAT on the 99 N/A exhaust that was fubar or the O2-sensor.
Since my turbo exhaust with a spanking new CAT only fits the turbo I had to put the OEM turbo back in the car. Lots of work and now my car is close to bone stock. I did change the front O2 sensor as well, but the old one did show normal voltage when testing it via the Hydra EMS.
This PKK crap has set me back at least a month. I should have been shredding tires on Rudskogen months ago
